I visited Chile both in March and again in November in 2003. The March trip made only an overnight stop in Puerto Montt, but has some spectacular photos of the Osorno Volcano. The rest of that trip focuses on Welsh Patagonia, the sea elephant, sea lion and Penguin Colonies of the Valdez Peninsula, San Carlos de Bariloche and Buenos Aires.
The November trip begins in Chile with stops in Santiago, Valparaiso and Puerto Varas. We took the Lake crossing through the Andes to Bariloche continuing on to Buenos Aires and finishing in Brazil at Iguassu Falls.
